This is a 20 minute massage which includes the whole of the back, shoulders, arms and neck. You are fully dressed and seated in a specially designed massage chair which is extremely comfortable and allows full access to the whole back. You will have a full consultation at the first visit to determine your needs and to discuss any possible contra-indications. A 30 minute back massage is also available on the couch with oil or lotion. |

Clients remain fully dressed for back massage but are advised to wear a comfortable top, preferably a T-shirt. As with all treatments offered, the room will have ambient lighting, wonderful aromas and lovely music being played to completely relax you. |

This is the massage to have when you don’t have time for a full body massage session. It is also very good for pregnant women (2nd and 3rd trimester only) due to the design of the chair in which you sit forward. The chair is extremely comfortable and supports the whole body. |
